Closer to Me by Tyler Lyle
No surprise here, I have chosen yet another singer/songwriter. This week it is a local artist, Tyler Lyle, hailing from Carrollton, GA. Much to the style of Damien Rice with a voice similar to David Gray and Brendan James, Tyler Lyle's soothing voice and original lyrics is simply delightful. Take a listen, and if you like, he will be playing next Wednesday, January 14th at Eddie's Attic, where he recently won the "Open Mic Shout Out" and again on February 2 at Smith's Old Bar.
